Billing and payment
Accountio Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly in advance through Safepay, our authorized payment gateway. Card details are stored securely by Safepay; Accountio does not store full card numbers or CVV. Prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, GST, or withholding tax. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing shahzad@accountio.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused features. Read the full Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Is Personal really free?
Yes. The Personal plan is free forever and includes WhatsApp chat, 120 transactions per month, weekly summary reporting, and other limits listed on this page. Paid Pro features are optional when you need higher limits.
What's included in Pro?
Pro includes everything in Personal plus higher limits: 300 transactions per month, voice note parsing, daily summary reporting, 10 PDF statements per month, multiple devices, 3 OCR scans per day, 100 general queries per month, and promo or partner coupons at checkout.
How does PKR vs USD pricing work?
Pro pricing is shown in PKR for Pakistan and in USD for international customers. The price you see on this page is based on your region. Standard Pro pricing is PKR 9,500 per month in Pakistan and USD 25 per month internationally, before any launch discount shown on this page.
What is the launch discount?
The launch discount applies to the first 125 Pro subscribers. During the launch period, discounted Pro pricing is shown on this page (PKR 5,600 per month in Pakistan or USD 17 per month internationally). After those spots are filled, standard Pro pricing applies.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. Promo and partner coupon codes can be applied at checkout in the app for additional or alternate pricing where offered.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing shahzad@accountio.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Are subscriptions refundable?
No. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused features, accidental renewal, or cancellation mid-cycle. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
When is Enterprise available?
Enterprise is coming soon. It is intended for organizations that need custom limits, team access, dedicated onboarding, API support, and commercial terms. The Enterprise plan is not available to purchase yet.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, GST, or withholding tax. Where required, taxes are added at checkout or remitted as the law requires.
What happens if payment fails?
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend your account, and ultimately terminate access if the failure is not resolved within 14 days.
